We set the minimum order for each client is a 20 feet container and there is no MOQ for each item. There is no MOQ for each item.

  • 1 x 20 ft container will be 5-6 weeks maximum
  • 1 x 40 ft container will be 7-8 weeks maximum
  • Custom design products depends on difficulty *order will be produced after down payment arrived to appointed bank account.
  • We'll take around 1 to 4 month for your first time order.

You may nominate any or the forwarders or shipping lines that you’re familiar with OR ELSE, we can help to fine the best one for you.


In case there’s any defect product, we will do replacement immediately OR ELSE we will include the replacement in the next container; according to your preference


We provide product sample if requested by client. However, cost of shipment and delivery will be the client’s responsibility. Sample will be produced upon the recipient of full payment.


We ship from the Semarang Port Indonesia, and shipping to most international port takes approximately four weeks from Indonesia.

Shipping volume are by 20’ (twenty foot) – 40’ (forty foot) – 40’ HC (forty foot high cube) containers.

All of our shipping quotes include document fees, local handling and trucking fees, port loading fees and all other local charge levied in the packing and delivery of your container to your port.

D.D.C fees ( Document & Destination, Charge ) levied by the port of destination are not included, Some international ports charge a D.D.C fee upon the arrival and handling of your shipment in your local port. Kindly check with your customs department for more information on D.D.C charge.

We are not cargo company and we are not responsible for any damage caused by shipping and handling of your order by the cargo companies that handle our shipments, although we have our own cargo companies that we used to deal with, we do highly recommend that you use your own cargo company with an agent in your local area. 

If you don’t have a cargo company we can suggest a few companies to choose from, however we bear no responsibility for the reliability or quality of service from any cargo company. We are in very good cooperation with many reliable freight forwarders and shipping lines. In the event no shipping specified, we are free to appoint a shipping in the best interest of customers.

Claims are allowed up to 2 (two) month from the date of arrival at the port of destination. Contact us for extending months. Delay in claim submission will be reviewed on case by case basis.

The purchase guarantee applies to claims against our product shipped to you with the following conditions :
  1. Wood failure resulting in the inability of the goods to be used, even after competent repair.
  2. Wood joints and/or connections are broken.
  3. Non wood hardware is missing or broken. Non wood hardware is rusty.

All claims will be substantiated by photographs or digital images clearly showing the claim filed as per our purchasing guarantee. Verbal explanations need to accompany the submitted images for clarification. Photos or images may be sent by post or by email. Claims for problems are failure of non wood components to be substantiated by photographs or images in same manner as for wood claims.

All claims will be processed within on week of receipt with a decision on claim given within 10 days of receipt. Any claim may be rejected if:
  1. The claim is not connected to purchasing & shipment data.
  2. The claim is late as per item 1 and 2 above.
  3. No photograph and / or digital image is supplied.
  4. No explanatory data is provided with the image to clearly explain the problem.

Our guarantee is for replacement of goods or cash credit against future orders and does not include any other cost such as freight, re stocking or other charges.
